You can return online purchases, mail it back to us following the step-by-step instructions below.
- Within 14 days of the shipping date: you can exchange your item or receive a refund to the original method of payment.
- Within 20 days of the shipping date: you can exchange your item, or we’ll issue you a merchandise credit on a gift card.
- Within 14 days of the shipping date: you can exchange your item, or we’ll issue you a merchandise credit on a gift card.
- Sorry, no refunds to original form of payment for sale or discounted items.
Return And Exchange Details
Please note all jewelry are final sale except if are damaged on shipping.
For all returns or exchanges, items must not be used or damaged. All original parts must be attached and you’ll have to present a valid receipt. (Please send them back to us!)
You will receive your refund through your original form of payment.
Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded unless required by law. All returned items that were purchased using a gift card will be refunded as merchandise credit back onto a gift card. Nice and simple.

Your refund will be credited to the original method of payment via www.premierempire.com with shipping and returns fees deducted.
All returned items that were purchased using a Gift Card will be refunded to merchandise credit on a Merchandise Card.
All refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days upon receipt of your return package.
